Easy Fish Curry


Ingredients

Fish- half kg
Ginger- chopped, one big piece
Garlic chopped- one spoon
Chilly powder-4 ts
Turmeric powder- ¾  ts
Coriander powder- 2 spoon
Pepper powder- one spoon
Curry leaves-2 sprig
Salt-to taste
Kudam puli – 2 piece
Oil- as required
Mustard seeds-one spoon
Dry red chilly- 2
Fenugreek seeds- half teaspoon

Method
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter  mustard, fenugreek, dry red chilly. Add curry leaves, ginger- garlic paste and saute well. Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper and fry well. Add one cup of water and  kudam puli. Boil well. Add fish pieces. Mix well. And cook in a medium heat. Adjust the gravy according to your consistency. After fish gets done switch off. Add one sprig curry leaves and one spoon coconut oil for taste. Check the salt. Serve with rice or chapatti/bread.
