Chilly Prawns



Ingredients

Prawns-Half kg
Onion chopped- ¾ cup
Capsicum chopped-3/4 cup
Ginger- garlic paste- one spoon
Garlic chopped-one spoon
Pepper-2 spoon
Green chilly- 2, chopped
Egg-one
All purpose flour- one spoon
Con flour- - 2 spoon
Vinegar- one spoon
Soy sauce -half table spoon
Ginger-garlic sauce –half spoon
Tomato sauce-one spoon
Oil- as required
Salt-to taste
Chilly powder-one spoon

Method
            Mix soy sauce, tomato sauce, garlic-ginger paste, vinegar with salt and make it a paste. Marinate prawns with ginger-garlic paste, all purpose flour, con flour, one spoon pepper powder, egg and salt. After half an hour fry the prawns. Heat oil in a pan , add green chilly. Saute well. Add Onion, salt, and masala paste and fried prawns. Then add pepper and chopped garlic and capsicum. Saute well. In a 3/4 of water mix con flour and add it. Around one minute mix well and switch off.
