Chicken Ularthiyathu


Ingredients

Chicken- 1 kg
Onion - 4 chopped
Green chilly- 2 chopped
Garlic-Ginger paste- 2 spoon
Coconut chopped-3/4cup
Turmeric powder- 3/4 tsp
Chilly powder- 2 spoon
Pepper powder- 1 spoon
Garam masala- 1 spoon
Chicken masala- 1 spoon
Salt-To taste
Curry leaves-2
Oil- 3/4cup

Method
Marinate chicken with chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder and salt. Heat oil in a non stick pan at medium heat. Fry chopped coconut. Add curry leaves, onion, green chilly until it became brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste and saute well. Add  chilly powder,turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder, chicken masala. Saute it well. Add marinated chicken pieces and salt to taste . Mix everything and cook well. Finally add one spoon oil and one curry leaves. Mix well and sprinkle half spoon pepper and switch off.
