Ingredients
Cooked basmati rice- one cup
Capsicum – chopped half cup
Egg white- one
Onion chopped-3/4 cup
Pepper- 2 spoon
Salt- to taste
Ghee- 2 spoon
Coriander leaves- one sprig
Oil- 2 spoon
Method
Heat oil and ghee together in a pan. Add chopped onion. When onion becomes brown add egg white and saute well. Add pepper, capsicum and salt. Add cooked rice and mix well in low flame. Switch off. Garnish with coriander
leaves.
